Rachel and Brigette’s time tested step-by-step process simplifies your design journey. From discussing ideas and inspirations for your interior/exterior to selection of materials and finishes and the creation of professional drawings for builders and trades, they ensure you are supported throughout the entire project.
All you need to do is talk about what you want and pick your favourite options. Each project is slightly different, but the essential steps in consultation and design follow the process below.
OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:
MEETING ONE: TWO HOURS
In preparation, we send you a questionnaire with specific questions about each of the business or home interior spaces we’re working on. We then meet at our office to review your answers in person, and work from your architect or drafter’s plans to develop your design brief.
MEETING TWO: THREE HOURS
Presentation of the concept options for each space, including computer 3D images to show design options, mood board images and samples of materials. We discuss your likes and dislikes about each concept and material, and update the design plans with your feedback.
MEETING THREE: EIGHT HOURS
Together, we visit the suppliers for your materials to view the options within your budget, or we view samples of the materials at our office. We talk you through the options with expert advice and make note of your choices. These are added to a selection sheet and sent to you for approval.
MEETING FOUR: ONE HOUR
The final meeting. We reconvene at our office to review the final selection sheets, AutoCAD plans and material costs. You will have time to check and sign-off on all the selection sheets, and the finalised materials will be ordered and delivered to your builder for installation.
