This magnificent home stands strongly on the side of a mountain supported by its steel frame. The windows and glazing were a significant factor in this design. We helped resolve all the glazing requirements to make sure the home was both BASIX and Bushfire compliant.

In addition, our scope included the kitchen, huge walk in pantry, 2 x laundries, a kitchenette and 3 bathrooms and powder room. We worked closely with the client to resolve the design and function of each space by providing 3D images, inspirational images and attending selections with suppliers for each space.

The kitchen boasts triple ovens, integrated fridge & dishwasher, mirror splashback, corian benchtop, wine fridges, a dining table, shelving and a huge butlers pantry complete with second dishwasher & fridge. The finish on the joinery is a combination of black gloss polyurethane with shadow line finger pull handles and a laminated timber. A geometric detail is routered into the fridge doors.

The bathrooms are peppered with luxurious tiles from Living Tiles, custom vanities and fittings from Reece.
